Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. NexGen has been wonderful in restoring our beautiful St Petersburg Woman’s Club. Helene dumped 2’ water inside our historic building and the entire first floor was a mess. They totally remediated the property, removing 95 year old plaster and replacing so you can’t even tell we had water. They worked long hours tearing out cabinets, carpet, flooring and walls. Their team was fast, thorough and really good at what they do. I can’t believe how much has been done in such a short amount of time. They are bringing our grand old lady back to her beautiful self and I am grateful NexGen was there for us. Kudos to the entire team. I highly recommend NexGen for any construction or remediation job.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Hired NexGen to do a construction project for our company at a satellite location. They were beyond great to work with. Construction right now is so hard to come by and they were prompt in responding to my initial outreached, got a quote to within a week, and we had no delays on the work that was completed. Communicated well throughout the whole project and delivered an amazing end result. Would use again and would recommend.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I cannot praise Nexgen Constructors highly enough. I had been wanting to renovate my bathroom for years. Then I fell and broke my ankle and my wrist and I thought it is time to do this! I was in the hospital and then in a rehab facility so I put a lot of trust in Chad Bauer and his team. Chad made it a priority to have my handicapped bathroom finished by the time I got out. I had a little itty bitty bathroom and a good size closet so I asked if he could take the wall down in between and make the bathroom bigger. He said that was doable. Not only did he increase the size of the bathroom, but he made it absolutely gorgeous with very little input from me since I was in the hospital. He sent a couple of choices and I would pick one and he took it from there . I now have a beautiful walk-in shower with a bench and grab bars. The grab bars are not even noticeable with all the color choices so it doesn’t look like a handicapped bathroom! I absolutely love my new bathroom and cannot thank Chad and his team enough. I would highly recommend Nexgen constructors to anyone wanting any renovations done.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. NexGen Constructors Transformed Our Home (and Earned Our Endless Praise!)

NexGen Constructors isn't just a construction company; they're home-transformation wizards! They tackled two major projects for us - building our dream outdoor kitchen and completely revamping our bathroom - and each one deserves a standing ovation.

Outdoor Kitchen Masterclass: Our backyard used to be a blank canvas. Now, thanks to NexGen, it's a culinary oasis! They created a stunning outdoor kitchen that's the envy of the neighborhood. From the sleek grill and pizza oven to the gorgeous countertops and stylish seating, they paid meticulous attention to every detail. We get compliments every time we fire up the grill, and it's truly become the heart of our social gatherings.

Bathroom Bliss:Our old bathroom was stuck in a time warp. NexGen brought it into the 21st century with a breathtaking makeover. They listened to our vision, offered good suggestions, and executed flawlessly. The new tilework is dazzling and the fixtures are luxurious.

Beyond the Bricks: Here's what truly sets NexGen apart: their people. The entire team is professional, courteous, and genuinely invested in your satisfaction. They were constantly communicating progress, addressing concerns promptly, and always cleaning up like pros. It felt more like having a team of friends working on our home than just contractors.
